Please note that med hotels and their agent www.accommodation.gr act as agent only for each of the hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and an on-line reservation service. Med hotels sole responsibility to you in providing the on-line reservation service is to pass your reservation details entered on the hotel. Med hotels and their agent www.accommodation.gr shall not accept any liability for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur as a result of the incorrect processing of your reservation details by the hotel, or the accommodation service provided to you by the hotel. These Terms were last updated on 14th April 2006. Med hotels and their agent www.accommodation.gr aim to provide you with an online booking and reservation website for hotel accommodation.

2. Responsibility and Age

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Site in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. You agree:

Prices, restrictions and availability of goods and services may change without notice and reservations are subject to applicable taxes and fees.By completing the information boxes and clicking 'confirm' on the reservation page you are entering into a contract with medhotels.com for the provision of all the services of the Site, including the publication of pricing, availability and other information concerning available hotel rooms (the "Services"), on the terms set out herein. Unless otherwise agreed or specified, med hotels and their agent www.accommodation.gr do not charge Users any fee for the provision of its Services. You may withdraw from your contract with med hotels for the Services at any time without any cost to you by notifying us at info@ medhotels.com

6. Contract to purchase hotel services

Any reservations you make on this site will be directly with the company whose hotel services you are booking. At the time of making any such reservation you are entering into a contract with that company and not with med hotels or www.accommodation.gr. If you use the online booking facility on the Site particular terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation may apply to each rate quoted and you should read carefully the rate details that are provided before proceeding to the ["confirm" section]. Each hotel has certain rules relating to the occupancy of its rooms. Any special needs must be notified to the hotel in advance. Some hotels may have additional terms and conditions. Please note that medhotels.com acts as agent only for each of the hotels to provide you with information on the hotels and an on-line reservation service. 7. User Conduct

The reservation system on the Site is provided solely to permit Users to determine the availability of services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes. You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase of any third party supplier which are notified to you before you make such purchase. The name, address and other information (including payment data if applicable) that you provide via this Site, together with information regarding the manner in which you use this Site will be used by medhotels.com in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
